#M0072 – 36′ x 30′ Attached Garage with a 10’ x 12’ Breezeway in Alpha, Illinois
The customers had water entering the garage when it rained and they needed a larger garage for more parking, a mower and for general storage. The new Coach House Garage was attached by a new 10’ x 12’ breezeway to the house. We also raised the floor grade over 24” and add a large approach to redirect the rain water from the garage & breezeway.
