1. Production/Crew Team Member (Arthur, IL)

Great pay and benefits. Productivity based pay and bonus system. $25-$30 per work hour, possible! Paid Holidays, Health Insurance, 401K, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Cafeteria 125 Plan, Paid Vacations and up to 4-weeks paid time off in winter, social security exemption available.

2. Crew Team Member (Peoria, IL)

4. Sales Rep/Project Manager (Lafayette, IN)

Join Our Team! We are an Employee Owned, Established Garage Builder looking for a Sales Representative/Project Manager in Lafayette, IN.

Pay/Bonus System:
This job is a commission-based position with uncapped and unlimited earning opportunity based on performance with an excellent annual bonus incentive. Paid Holidays, Health Insurance, 401K, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Cafeteria 125 Plan, and Paid Vacations.

Requirements:
Construction & Sales Experience recommended but not required. Basic computer/tablet knowledge required. Driver’s license required. Clear, open and honest communication skills. Willingness to learn current customer management systems. Willingness to learn practices and procedures set forth by the company. Ability to work from home. Ability to self-motivate and manage your own schedule and appointments. Ability to travel up to 100 miles. Must pass background screening.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Onsite Consultations & Sales, Project Design, Project Management, building new relationships with local Sub Contractors and Building Departments, Acquiring Building Permits, Attend Quarterly Sales Meetings at the corporate office in Arthur, IL.

Other:
New hire must live in the Market Territory outlined as Lafayette, IN area or be willing to relocate.
