We are currently hiring for the following position(s).
1. Position: Administrative Assistant (Part Time/Temporary Full Time Replacement for Parental Leave)
We are an Employee Owned, established garage builder based in Arthur, IL looking for an administrative assistant to temporarily cover parental leave. Starting hourly wage of $15-17 depending on experience. Paid Holidays & Flexible Work Environment. Training period will begin immediately with part time hours. During that time, hours will be flexible based on the individual’s & company’s needs. Starting in April 2023 individual will begin temporary Full-Time hours (M-F 8:00am – 4:30pm) until parental leave is over. (After the parental leave period is over there may be an opportunity to continue permanent employment with the company in another similar position. Permanent employment comes with additional benefits & wages.)

Job Description: Administrative Assistant is responsible for basic office duties including but not limited to the following: Bi-weekly invoicing, basic data entry, processing mail, processing new sales, processing service work orders, tracking & assigning new leads, acquiring quarterly DOT permits, monthly price updates, maintaining email list in constant contact & sending monthly emails, basic office technical support, answering the telephone, email correspondence, filing, assisting other office & sales staff, ordering & stocking office supplies, scheduling & planning company meetings & events, greeting visitors at the front desk, other office duties as needed.
Skills needed: Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook Experience Required) (QuickBooks, Publisher, Photoshop Experience preferred); Telephone skills; Excellent customer service; Experience with normal office equipment; Positive, friendly attitude; Good communication skills; Good organizational skills; Self-Motivated; Open to learning.
2. Production/Crew Team Member (Arthur, IL)

Productivity based pay and bonus system. $23-$30 per work hour, possible!
