#M0445 – 30′ x 20′ Garage in Columbia City, Indiana
The customer’s home had only a small two stall garage attached to their house and they needed additional storage space as well as a space for a workout room. The new building needed to match the house and the customer wanted a lot of windows. The garage utilizes poured concrete walls to bring the garage up to the grade of the driveway to resolve the issue of the slope of the lot. The windows on the gable end of the garage look over a wooded valley which provides a wonderful setting for working out. Designed with 9’ sidewalls, 8/12 pitch roof with attic storage space, 10’x 8’ carriage style overhead garage door and 10 36” x 48” double hung windows.
