According to the Farmer’s Almanac, the first frost of the season should reach our area sometime around mid-October.
This is significant because when the frost starts covering the ground, our building season begins to slow down. Oftentimes, it is at this point that people start thinking about getting their building ordered. And while our garages typically go up in just one day, the weather, the concrete and acquiring the building permits can sometimes cause delays.
