I had a unique job (adding on to an attached garage)  and contacted multiple other garage builders. Dave was the only one that was genuinely interested in the job. Many just seemed interested in the gravy jobs and didn't even want to quote.  One came out, met with me, seemed interested and never quoted or returned my calls or emails.  Dave,  however,  was responsive,  thorough, honest. We had quite a few ups and downs,  but he was very patient and willing to listen and work with our situation and in return,  I couldn't be happier.  The work was fast and very good quality.
