The Freeman Family—Sullivan, IL

freeman-family-pictureThe Freeman family had a wish: When Bob and Kim Freeman started talking about building a garage for their Ranger 520 Bass Boat, they knew they wanted more than just boat storage. Bob wanted a man-cave and Kim wanted a porch with a sunset view. Coach House was able to incorporate all three wishes into one, custom-built garage.

We asked them what they were looking for when hiring a contractor for their project and Bob replied, “The Coach House reputation was number one, I mean that’s just the first phone call I made because I know people who have a Coach House.” He added, “Reputation and quality, those were big things for me.” Bob and Kim described the Coach House process as “Very easy, easy to get along with.” Bob said, “They asked me what I wanted, we made a few adjustments and off it went!”

Bob also mentioned how impressed he was with the Coach House crew. He said, “It was just like a well-oiled machine, and I told Kim, they don’t even talk, every single one of them knew exactly what to do. They pulled in here, I think it was exactly 6:30am, and they pulled out at 3:00pm, no garbage or anything left behind.”

The Freeman garage gets more use than either of them ever imagined. They told us about the family Thanksgivings, Christmases and birthday parties they host in their garage. The garage is equipped with heat and air conditioning as well as a TV and stereo system. It’s the perfect spot for all their family functions, where everyone wants to come and enjoy.

Bob and Kim never had a doubt about Coach House Garages, they knew from the start that Coach House was the best fit for their project. We asked them what their favorite part of the garage is and they both replied, “Everything.” Bob added “There’s nothing I don’t like about it.” We asked if they would recommend Coach House to others who are looking for a custom-built garage; they quickly replied with, “Oh yeah, we already have!”
